Official Rules: Jamba Hawaii x Enjoy Snacks Underground Giveaway Series

1. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of Hawaii who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Jamba Hawaii, Enjoy Snacks, their affiliates, and immediate family/household members are not eligible.
2. Giveaway Period
● Runs for 6 consecutive weeks:
○ Week 1: July 16 – July 20, 2025
○ Week 2: July 23 – July 27
○ Week 3: July 30 – August 3
○ Week 4: August 6 – August 10
○ Week 5: August 13 – August 17
○ Week 6: August 20 – August 24
● Each weekly period begins Wednesday at 9:00 AM HST and ends Sunday at 11:59 PM HST.
3. Entry Methods
Each week, participants choose ONE of two ways to enter:
A) Instagram Entry
1. Post a photo or video featuring that week’s Underground smoothie.
2. Tag @JambaHawaii and @EnjoySnacks.
3. Use hashtag #JambaUnderground.
4. Must be a public account so entry is visible.
B) Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)
Email you full name and Instagram handle to:
No purchase or smoothie photo required to enter via AMOE. Each entry method has the same chance to win.
4. Prizes (6 total, one per week)
Each weekly prize includes:
● 4 Jamba Hawaii Free Smoothie Cards
● Jamba Hawaii merchandise
● An Enjoy Snacks prize pack
5. Winner Selection & Notification
● One winner each week is randomly selected from all eligible entries (Instagram + mail).
● Winners are notified via Instagram DM or email within 4 hours after the drawing.
● Winners must respond within 12 hours, or an alternate winner may be chosen.
6. General Terms
● Limit: 1 entry per person per week (no duplicate Instagram posts or postcards).
● Jamba Hawaii is not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries or communications.
● By entering, participants release Instagram, Jamba Hawaii, and Enjoy Snacks from liability.
● The giveaway is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram.
● By entering, participants confirm they’re 18+ and agree to Instagram’s terms.
● Standard contest rules (e.g., jurisdiction, force majeure) apply.
