Insurance Eligibility for You and Your Dependents

Regular Team Members and eligible dependents may participate in our health insurance programs on the first day of the month after 4 weeks of employment where a minimum of 20 hours per week is maintained. You will be required to complete an insurance application to enroll in our insurance program. Information on the insurance programs offered is maintained at the stores and the Honolulu Support Center. You will be notified of your qualification. You will be responsible for paying 1.5% of your gross pay for your own coverage under our base medical plan, for the premiums for your qualified dependents, and/or for coverage under our alternate health plans.

Team Member Discount

All Team Members are entitled to buy Jamba Hawaii products at a discount. You may enjoy a 10% discount on all products during non-working hours and on Jamba accessories, excluding Jamba cards and sale items.


Shift Meal

You may enjoy a shift meal and can find details of this policy during training and in your new hire packet and from talking to your manager.



Jamba Hawaii provides vacation to supervisory team members.


Holidays worked by hourly Team Members are paid at time and a half for hours worked. Salaried Team Members who work on a holiday receive a compensating day off within 60 days of the actual holiday.

Jamba Hawaii observes the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Christmas Day


Sick Time

If you are a full time salaried Team Member, you will accrue sick time at the rate of 5 days per calendar year. Accrued sick time may be used for doctor’s appointments or sick days, up to a maximum of 5 days per year. Team Members may be required to provide a doctor’s certificate to verify such illness or injury.


401(k) Plan

We offer a 401-K plan to all salaried Team Members.

Each salaried Team Member becomes eligible to participate in this plan the beginning of the quarter following 90 days of service.

Training & Development

Jamba Hawaii supports each Team Member and their individual development within the company. All training is learner driven and coach supported. We offer the job training and various training classes to develop each Team Member’s individual career goals.
