Mug Fundraising


Program Description

It's easy to sell our Hawaii special edition 32oz. thermal mug with a FREE 16oz. Jamba Juice Smoothie. You will be selling a coupon sheet that is perforated- one coupon good for the mug and one coupon good for the smoothie. The couponsareredeemable at any of our Hawaii locations (excluding UH campus).

  • Suggested sale price is $8 (an $8.50 value).
  • Your profit is $3, and $5 comes back to Jamba Juice.
  • Expiration date on the coupon: June 30, 2009
  • Reuse of the mug at Jamba stores results in a $0.10 discount off a purchased smoothie.
Who Can Apply?

Non-profit clubs or organizations in Hawaii, emphasizing sports, health, nutrition, and youth can apply. The purpose of the fundraising should support the purchase of equipment, uniforms, travel, competition, clinics, and training.

Ordering Details
  • Non-profit groups may request between 50 and 1,000 coupons per calendar year.
  • There are 50coupons in a pack. You must order by full packs only.
  • Once you are approved, coupons will need to bepicked up by a representative of your group (must be 18 years of age) at our Honolulu office within 30 days of acceptance.
  • Neighbor island applicants will pick up at their local Jamba store.
  • We will call you to confirm the time and date for pick-up.
  • PLEASE NO PRE-SELLING!
Deposit and Payment
  • A $1deposit (per coupon sheet)will be required upon pick-up.
  • Deposit must be paid with a CHECK only.
  • Final payment must be received 5 weeks after pick-up of mugs/coupons, please pay with a check.
  • Final payments are to be made to JJC Hawaii, LLC, attention Mug Fundraiser, and mailed to or dropped off at our Corporate Offices located at 1288 Ala Moana Blvd., Ste 216, Honolulu, HI 96814.
Returns or Lost Items
  • Lost items are not replaceable.
  • Returns are accepted in fullpacks only.
  • Returns must be made within 4 weeks of pick-up date. You will need to make an appointment to drop the off at the Honolulu office.
How Do I Apply?
  • Complete the form below and select the Send Form! button.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
  • We will call to confirm acceptance and schedule pick up or request additional information.
  • Nocoupons will be distributed between November 1 and December 31 each year.
Re-Ordering
  • Re-ordering is only available to organizations who have not met the 1,000 couponlimit.
  • Re-ordering is subject to availability.
  • Call your Mug Fundraiser representative to request more coupons.
