Cruelty to Animals.

Prevention of Cruelty to Animalswasestablished
with a no-kill philosophy as our foundation, our mission is to reduce
euthanasia through the rescue and rehabilitation of abandoned, homeless, feral,
abused and neglected animals. Our overall strategy in support of our mission is
hosting high volume, affordable and free sterilization; expanding foster care
networks; collaborating with other animal rescue groups; and promoting
responsible pet ownership through outreach and education. Therefore, we do not
have public visiting hours or allow people to window shop for animals. Instead,
adopters undergo a rigorous pre-qualification process to find that perfect
match and ensure a “forever home” (for pets and people).
